Michele Hanson-O'Reggio is a professional who wanted it all - a great career and a great family life. She quickly learned that a working mom had to wear many hats and many times, her daughter Talea (now 12) would have to take 2nd place.  So she found a solution which gave her the flexibility she needed to earn an income and still be at home with her daughter. She started a home-based Virtual Assistant business in 2002 to provide administrative and marketing services to home-based solo entrepreneurs (coaches and consultants). She successfully grew her North American business by building a team of Virtual Professionals and using marketing and success strategies.

Michele now uses her knowledge and experience as a successful entrepreneur, having learned the ins and outs of what it takes to grow and maintain a successful online business, to empower solo entrepreneurs. As a Delegation Expert and Business Development Coach, Michele provides personal guidance, encouragement and insights to passionate, motivated and overwhelmed solo entrepreneurs who love what they do but struggle with running and marketing their business.

Michele has a natural talent for bringing ideas to full implementation, leveraging the skills of others and using a systematic approach to achieve goals with less effort.

Michele graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada with a BA in Management with Distinction and has over 7 years corporate experience in Office Management, HR Management and Business Management. She holds the Certified EthicsCheck ™ and IVAA Certified Virtual Assistant™ designations recognized internationally as the standard that Virtual Assistants strive to attain, and has served on the Board of Directors of the International Virtual Assistants Association.
